8/99 – 2/03 Professional Baseball Player, Oakland Athletics organization, Oakland, CA
Played the third base position. Advanced from the short-season A team to single-A up to double-A.
As part of the team, traveled extensively throughout the country. Represented the team in the community by giving motivational presentations to students, encouraging them to stay in school and the importance of teamwork, positive attitudes, and excellence through sports.
7/98 – 9/98 Baseball Hitting Instructor, Fullerton, CA
Worked with children and adolescents ages 5-18 years old. Taught them the proper mechanics and how to swing a baseball bat. Recruited students by making phone calls and organized a time schedule for parents to drop their children off and picking them up after lessons. Encouraged self-confidence and high self-esteem.
7/97 – 8/97 Baseball Camp Instructor, Chatham, MA
Worked with children ages 8-14 years old. Arranged and scheduled camp drills and taught baseball fundamentals.
VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE:
4/01 – 9/02 Volunteer, Midland, TX (Oakland Athletics Organization)
Served as volunteer motivational speaker at elementary schools to encourage children about the importance of school and education. Organized and led Midland Rockhounds team Bible study.
3/99 & 6/99 Represented Stanford University by visiting the Boys Club in Omaha, NE and
visited children at Stanford Hospital.

- MOMS & DADS: Just call me. I can swing by your home and give a few tips to your baseball youngster (any age, tee-ball thru college). We can simply do a few drills right in your front or backyard.
- COACHES: I'll come out to a Practice &/or Game to help you with ideas, drills, etc.
- Work individually on hitting, defense, &/or talk to team (motivational/goals)
- Can be contacted anytime by phone or email to set up appointment to meet at practice OR to give quick tips over the phone.
- Will work w/ moms, dads, coaches... to help kids take their game to the next level
